This is a custom built spring powered bolt action airsoft sniper rifle.  It is based on a new Chinese VSR 10 airsoft sniper rifle that has been married to a custom inletted hardwood stock and vintage Mauser hardware.  The end result is a very solid, very convincing replica of a WW1/WW2 German Mauser model CZ24.  I love that it has the convincing patina of a vintage military rifle but shoots
20 gram BBs at 465 FPS.  Most airsoft spring powered guns shoot at under 300 FPS!   The hardwood is all real (Walnut I believe) and I especially.like the finger grooved stock.  Hop up is set for .25 grams but is adjustable.  The package includes a vintage web sling and a main and 2 spare magazines.  Each hold about 25 rounds and additional spare magazines are available from airsoft stores.  These magazines do fit in the Kar98 Mauser pouches.   The spring can be modified to shoot harder but the current set up is ideal for skirmishing as it can be cocked from the shoulder but still provides adequate power for 150' shots (and further)   The muzzle has been painted blaze orange as per and numerous state and local laws.  You must be 18 to bid and this item cannot be sold outside the US (dont ask). It is very accurate and reliable the magazines require a little skill and practice for quick reloads.  It would not be competitive in modern skirmishes against AEGs because of the rate of fire  but in WW1 and WW2 airsoft events where semi is more common it is fantastic.  The replica would also be impressive as a film prop or static display.  Components required for this build itself exceeds my starting listed price.  It took about 40 hours to build.  The replica is quite heavy and requires a large box  so shipping is expensive.  Good luck and feel free to ask any questions before bidding.  Look closely at all the pictures and appreciate what a cool looking replica it is.
